I recently decided to try Eros Hair & Beauty because I was excited to support an African American salon. Unfortunately, this was the worst braiding experience I’ve ever had. I paid $486.34 for mid-back knotless braids, and the quality was extremely disappointing. The braider claimed to have decades of experience, but the results did not reflect that. The owner of this salon came into my inbox on IG insulting & bashing me for engaging in a post. This owner is unprofessional, sensitive, and lacks tact. I wouldn’t allow anyone in this salon to even braid my dogs hair, find a more professional setting. Be more professional in your approach with clients

I ended up joining the VIP Gold membership and it's been worth it. I've saved a lot of money each visit. The consistency in care and the way they keep upwith your hair journey is unmatched. The Japhia who is my go to girl is always professional and attentive.

Tonisha was very detailed and took her time. My scalp feels clean and healthy and my braids arestill full and neat days later. Tara and the team educated me on protecting myreal hair and maintaining healthy growth under protective styles.

Mercedes took her time and made sure my hair looked good before I left. Tara came over and talked to me about hair health and even gifted me a Deluxe Wash because my scalp was dry and damaged. We literally sat there talking and watching Housewives like family 😂 Mercedes also informed me about the VIP Membership benefits.
