My son walked in like this and walked out like that ....He had his locs removed/taking out and it was a PROCESS shout out to Japhia(the stylist) she removed my baby hair and he said she was so kind and patient mind u it took 2 1/2 days and we went back for the braids. The process was long I think 10hrs first day & I say 19hrs second day it's goes off how long u can sit (Yu have to have patience). =Response= To be clear and I said this: Booksy - did NOT state that there is an upcharge for "OVERNIGHT". True, you were kind enough to call me and explain the charging process. I by no means am besmirching YOUR brand. I specifically said that it is a GREAT concept, but professionalism is PROFESSIONALISM. I recently decided to try Eros Hair & Beauty because I was excited to support an African American salon. Unfortunately, this was the worst braiding experience I’ve ever had. I paid $486.34 for mid-back knotless braids, and the quality was extremely disappointing. The braider claimed to have decades of experience, but the results did not reflect that. The owner of this salon came into my inbox on IG insulting & bashing me for engaging in a post. This owner is unprofessional, sensitive, and lacks tact. I wouldn’t allow anyone in this salon to even braid my dogs hair, find a more professional setting. Be more professional in your approach with clients

I ended up joining the VIP Gold membership and it's been worth it. I've saved a lot of money each visit. The consistency in care and the way they keep upwith your hair journey is unmatched. The Japhia who is my go to girl is always professional and attentive.
