I wish I had a good experience here. I booked with a stylist and she rebooked my appointment 2 times after I confirmed and drove there then she never showed up to the appointment after I drove 20 miles to get there and paid a non refundable deposit. She never even answered the phone and I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes. Horrible business etiquette and sad when you try to support black business that this is the outcome.
