1 star because is no way to rate -1, this company is the worst. We rent a suite for my wife’s birthday in Miami on Fontainebleau by Expedia, we didn’t even know this company existed, I was thinking that was the hotel. The worst experience the room we didn’t even used because was like never been cleaned. Kitchen was terrible, the floors, I think they don’t have things to clean. Hate leaving a negative review, but this was an extremely shady company to do business with. Used this company through VRBO, at one point they withheld over $2000 by doubling billing vs. refunding due to their error. Took 10 days to get my funds back. Rental was run down and left unclean. Great place if you like a frat house vibe, lol. Listing stated indoor pool and hot tub as part of the amenities, but failed to inform us that those amenities were an additional $90 per person! If I could leave a zero, I would. This company does not fulfill the promises on their site, during conversations or in the documentation that I have through multiple emails. Horrible communiciation! Took hours to speak with a human being when their website access to the check-in informaiton was unable to be viewed because of their own accounting error. Run away, don’t walk away. Misleading listings (double bed listed as king), filthy conditions (non draining sink and tub, mold in tub and moldy shower curtain, most light bulbs missing or burnt out, pile of used contact lenses on floor next to bed, food on floor under bed, food on floor under table), and non working appliances (broken refigerator/freezer and broken clothes dryer).
