I would give zero stars if I could, three day weekend at the Fontainebleau in miami beach toilet clogged for two days and the hotel wont fix it because its owned by erorentals llcs. Horrible service it goes thru a virtual assistant. If Amex made me aware when booking it was not a hotel managed unit I would have not booked. If your reading this its too late.
Unknowingly booked thru this rental company via booking.com and should have looked at the reviews. The most egregious issue is that they gave us a different room than what we booked. The reservation was for a 2 bathroom suite while the one we were assigned had only one. The room itself was filthy and outdated. It was not ready for us during check-in time and even the extra half hour did not help. I stayed at one of their rentals in Vermont this past fall and when we arrived we discovered the unit had not been cleaned. The beds had been stripped with the dirty bedding laying all over the floor and the kitchen was full of dirty dishes. After several hours, a cleaning woman came to the unit but had no clean linens and said the washing machine was broken. “Luxury room”. Absolutely disgusting and they won’t do anything about it. Stuck in this disgusting room. Don’t use this company to book anything. Absolutely no help.
Worst rental company ever dealt with we booked through them over 3 months ago, and message we a week before the trip that we've spent thousands on tickets that the owner sold the home and that i had to cancel. Gave no help of booking other options and had full ability to reach out to me via email but never did until week of. be carful of trusting them as a rental agency because they have no problem pulling the rug out from under you and offering to assistance to fix.
