I was charged for a service that I did not get. I spoke to a service rep, and they said to get a letter from the referring doctor saying I did not get the service. I did that, only to find out that the email I was given to send the letter to does not exist. Why I am being erroneously charged for a service in the first place really baffles me.
My credit report has $1,000 bill on it from this place and I've never been here in my life. I've never received a bill or anything
So I have a 900.00 collection from my credit report and I've never been to this place in my life. I have no clue what it's for I've never had anybody contact me or received a bill for this.
Don't update payments made and continue sending a bill even though the account has been paid in full months ago. Website to pay is sketchy as can be to start with then to receive a bill after paying makes it even worse. Can't believe how unorganized a company can be.
