Been trying to get ahold of this company ever since I received a bill. Just received the bill 2 days ago and it was for back in January of this year. Can't get anyone on the phone, can't access the website. What kind of joke is this??
[update: I reported this to BBB and they responded that their outsourced billing system was hacked and they lost all their records. Is my private information being sold somewhere? Probably. Of course, that happens all the time, but they never notified anyone to keep an eye on their credit reports. Aren't they obligated to do that? I can't imagine why they haven't tried to recreate the records from the doctors and hospitals they work through. It seems like they would be out of business by now, with all of the lost income...] ... read more

Same as others here. Received a bill in February and none of the contact numbers or payments sites are in service. I'm not going to mail off a check for something that I can't confirm (besides the fact that I don't use checks, hence attempting to use their online pay.) These people are ridiculous. Reporting this to BBB
