My credit report has $1,000 bill on it from this place and I've never been here in my life. I've never received a bill or anything
So I have a 900.00 collection from my credit report and I've never been to this place in my life. I have no clue what it's for I've never had anybody contact me or received a bill for this.
Don't update payments made and continue sending a bill even though the account has been paid in full months ago. Website to pay is sketchy as can be to start with then to receive a bill after paying makes it even worse. Can't believe how unorganized a company can be.
ON HOLD FOR , THEN PUT ON HOLD AGAIN ONCE THE REPRESENTATIVE ANSWERED THE CALL, VERY VERY RUDE!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! SSM IT WOULD BENEFIT THIS HOSPITAL TO FIND ANOTHER SERVICE READ THE REVIEWS PLEASE!
Been trying to get ahold of this company ever since I received a bill. Just received the bill 2 days ago and it was for back in January of this year. Can't get anyone on the phone, can't access the website. What kind of joke is this??
