Dave is a weak minded leader doesn’t ever get out the chair to help anyone on the floor. Dave and Alan sit in their office talking about their period cramps all day and making up stories. Kamie in HR is so lazy and doesn’t like to do her job, just decorate her office and take time off work. She just believes whatever Dave and Alan tells her rather than talking to people. Probably just so she can eat her food faster idk
Awful company to work for. They will quite literally tell you to prioritize work before your children, advance you in your position but don’t want to advance your pay. Also, forget your last check if you dare quit. They didn’t pay my boyfriend his last check when he quit.
Incompetent skilled labour. Tool makers often rushed when extensive die repair requires time. I would not recommend this place period.
