Don’t know about the quality of material, but the employees leave a lot to be desired. I’ve seen the rude and inconsiderate driving on the road before, but this morning it was on my own street. He was pouring a driveway at the corner lot, and had my dead end street blocked off. I honked once to get his attention to ask him to move forward and all he did was glance at me real quick then ignore me.
