First off I wanna thank Earnst for being honest people. Meineke wanted me to replace the control arms for $2,800. I took it to Earnst since they quoted me $1,400; I get call saying “Ma’am why do you wanna replace the control arms they’re completely fine?” Well I was told they were loose & cracked so I needed them replaced urgently before I went to Dallas for half week for school.
