They did a great job on the repair. Michael and Leo answered all questions I had about the repair with honesty.
Our car has been for ONE month with this “express” repair and every time we are ready to pick up, a new excuse is given. We already lost the replacement car given by the insurance company as was for only 2 weeks and we really need the car ready. CAN YOU PLEASE fix the car? If is not ready by Friday I will take legal actions for reimbursement of expenses for the delay The car is Tiguan under the name of Mitch.
The team at this repair shop were very helpful and communicative. A gentleman called Leo helped me and gave me an honest idea of what had happened to my car. He was transparent and honest and I really appreciated the patience and professionalism that he showed me. I will be returning in the future, a wonderful business.
Repair was completed in a timely fashion with regular updates. That's where the positives end. Radiator support brackets installed backwards. I forgot to bring my socket set to fix before driving off. Missing clips on the headlights, see photo. Panel alignment was average. Headlights now point at the ground. Parts stored inside car as per the dust marks in the back seat and scratches on soft leather part of door.
