I bought the eye patches online and 2 of the 6 packets only came with one eye patch in them..... I have two eyes. I called customer service and they were reading a script asking me to send pictures of the packets with one patch in them.....I had thrown them out and applied the 2 patches from the two packets already....who would save that? the woman on the phone was so rude and kept repeating the same statements over and over....so basically unless I took a picture of my garbage there was nothing they can do for me.

I’ve been using this Amazing Skin Care line almost a of my life, literally! I began with this skincare regime back when I was a young teenaged model in the Garment District. I’d cut through Macy’s everyday and their skincare / product line person got me hooked on Erno László.
