Friendly guys work here. I would've given a higher rating, except that the follow-through needs improvement. The guy I dealt with was quick to promise that he'd do something, but at every step I ended up having to call him a few days later to remind him to get it done. I had a unique situation that required changes to my order, shipping, and ultimately a return and credit. Was told by a friend to go check Ernies for a replacement rear driver taillight for my 2002 gmc sierra 2500HD as mine was cracked. They didn't have a used one insst9ck so they ordered me 1, I paid $90 and was told it would ne a few days. I got a call telling me it was there, so I went to pick it up.
