Horrible wash and even worse company. Ernie’s got bought out by Prestige Car Wash and its customer service is nonexistent. I had my car washed at the West Boylston and the employee working scratched several panels on my car with the handheld brush before the wash started. It sounded dry and you could hear it on the paint. Once the car dried you could see the damage. What the hell happened to this place? I have gone there for decades now half the bays are closed. There's no signs on the ones out of order its only after you put your money in you find out the foaming brush doesn't work. Every change/token machine is out of order. I just stopped by yesterday to spray the saltwater off my kayak on the way home from the cape 3min and 45 seconds I used. The charge on my credit card pending is $19 God damm dollars. Ernie's was bought by Prestige. I stop by yesterday for the first time after the new management change. I purchase the Wheels Special for $18.50 and unfortunately, it was very Bad, very poorly of a service. My car was still dirty after it went through. I was the only customer there and they did a such a terrible job. They scrub a little bit on the car and on the wheels. The staff seem new as well. When it was own by Ernie's I did not had this happened to me. I am not satisfy and I will not go there again.

Loved coming here to clean my car, unfortunately the vacuum stations only take quarters and I was just told they won’t be providing change in the change machines or in person from the employee, at least make the vacuums card accessible or put some signs up letting people know, thought the change machines were just broken but that’s not the case
