If zero stars were an option, that’s what I would give them. I bought a super car wash package from them. When I went to use one of the tickets, I was told they were not the right ones. I explained to him that when I bought them, they had ran out of the book of tickets and that they gave me these instead. I wash my car few times in this car wash For 18 $ pack it was satisfactory but today I washed for 20$ very bad experience they are using same water so outside i see ok but under side and engine room it was far better before now full of white and ash dirt all deposits in by car frame. Battery area is too bad,
Stole $19 don’t use debit card
Once again, this place charged me $19.00 for me to wash my car myself. I went as fast as humanly possible to wash my car. It definitely did not take me 19 min. 10 minutes at the most, if that. Your website claims it's a $1.00 a minute. I pressed the stop button when I was done, which is what your sign says you MUST do in order to not be charged the full amount. Which BTW there is NO clearly marked STOP button anywhere! This was the 2nd time I went there thinking I would try it 1 more time as fast as I could. I won't be back.
