Ernie’s Sports is AWESOME!!!! Alex and Jackson in particular have provided outstanding service, all the way from finding me the perfect bike (and I am very challenging to fit), to getting me set up properly with a bike trainer for the winter months. Every time I’ve been ready to throw in the towel, they have come through to find me the perfect solutions. I’ve had a far better experience than at either specialty bike shop I tried in Edmonton. We are so lucky to have Ernie’s and such great staff.
Great products, fair prices, and exceptional customer service (not only friendly, but very helpful and accommodating). I go here anytime I need bike parts.
Exceeded expectations. Fixed my ebike chain, readjusted my brakes, and even repaired a frayed cable I forgot about. Cost was more than fair and they offered delivery (with an additional small charge). Staff was super friendly. I will be shopping on Amazon less.
