Very professional, fixed car quickly
Just want to give kudos to this repair shop and mechanic Ken . Used this place for the first time on my 2016 Hyundai Tucson with no heat , after another local shop told me they couldn't find a problem and another told me that's just how Hyundais are I took the vehicle here on a recommendation and couldn't be more ecstatic . They diagnosed and pinpointed the issue to the Blend door actuator and fixed at a very reasonable price ! Heat works perfectly and we finally have hot air again ! As I write this, the shop has a 4.8 Star rating. My 5 stars won't pull that average up much because it's already so close. This doesn't surprise me. I've been going to Ernie's for about 13 years. The main reason is: trust. On top of that, Ernie and Larry are two of the most pleasant people you'll ever meet.
Ernie's is always the kindest and most endearing crew of mechanics. Their prices are incredibly fair and their work is amazing!
