I had the same problem, he never showed up at time scheduled. I called him he did not answer. He called me back later that night and said he would be at my home the following day. He did not show up. I kept calling him and no answer. How can a business be so unprofessional and not courteous at all.
Horrible service! Very unprofessional kept lying about coming to do the job never came! Its been 3 months still nothing NEVER answers the phone we had to call for someone else phone for him to answer! Kept making excuses
I had the same experience with home warranty, get the service fee and say they will be back. Then when I contacted them, it was just one excuse after another. (If they would answer the phone) Outright thieves I say!
When hiring ernie myself he was great. Loved how he kept me informed about everything and I could trust him to not have to follow him around my home so I could keep on going about my day, But when I went threw my home insurance company they kept ernie and I on a waiting game trying to figure out what they wanted to cover and not cover after 5 yrs of going threw this company and bearly putting in a claim you would think they would cover alot more then what I needed done but they didn't I had to pay for a new washer myself. They have stood us up on 3 different times. Both me and my husband have been home when they are scheduled to come out and no one shows up all it takes is a simple phone call to say hey I cant make it we have given them many times to make things right and still they dont show up Very unprofessional!!!!
