Gave a air installation quote said he would be here on Friday (yesterday). Waited all day, didn't come tried phoning would not answer call. Obviously screens the calls. No way to treat customers.

Ernie got our power back on in no time. He turned up when he said he would, was pleasant and easy to communicate with, and his pricing was very reasonable.
28/11/23 - I sat around all day waiting for Ernie to turn up to install an air con that i booked in 2 weeks ago. he did not turn up nor did he answer any of the 6 calls i made hoping to get an ETA I found his land line this afternoon and gave that a call and he answered. i managed to say my name and barely got started on explaining the purpose of my call when he hung up without saying a word. redial and straight to answering machine. its pretty safe to say he was screening my calls all day but i cannot fathom why - an explan... read more
