Negative experience. They incorrectly diagnosed the problem. They gave me a cost estimate that was off by over $500. They did $800 worth of work on my car before giving me an accurate cost estimate or telling me what the problem was with my car. They did $800 of work on my car without my informed consent. I paid them the original price that they quoted and they did not fix the problem with my car. They may be good at other things, but I would not recommend going here if you have a break pad problem. Polite. Reasonable and seem to do a good job. They have worked on all three of my German cars and their services are competitively priced compared to the dealerships.
