Ernie and his crew had my car done on time, even though, they had to replace a starter twice. Great customer service, knowledge, teamwork at reasonable prices.
Our new to us car developed a miss fire. We bought the extended warranty. It needed a engine replacement. I'm sitting on five months. Car not touched. Remanufactured engine at the shop and all accompanying parts. Warranty company already paid shop! All we get week after week it's next. Called the warranty company. They are moving my car to another shop. Shop owner can't give the warranty company a definite answer as when it will be done. If ya wanna wait forever choose this shop.
Let's see damaged my radiator and replaced it with a cheap one I had a all aluminum radiator and replaced it with one with plastic tanks..broke my grill and by the time he got around to getting me another one I had my truck painted and a new grill put and the grill he got to replace the one he broke was not the right grill and having my vehicle for almost 2yrs, the 2nd vehicle I took to Ernie he had it the 1st time for over a year charged me about $4,000 more than what he quoted me and when he said everything checked out and... read more
