I was very impressed with the service I received at Ernie's Automotive. I expected to be without my vehicle for 3-4 days for a timing chain replacement was only 2 days. Both Ernie and Tim were very knowledgeable on what repair was needed before even seeing the vehicle. The Service Technician the did the repair was polite and knew what he was doing, explaining to me during the test drive after completion all that was accomplished. VERY DISAPPOINTED with Ernie's Automotive 1992 Chev Silverado New Rear Brake Drums were advised due to corrosion from leaking brake fluid (SCAM). The left rear brake overheated and warped during 1st drive from Ernie's Automotive. This facility stated the LR Brakes were then replaced under warranty, and truck is ready to drive. Again, LR Brake is smoking and pulsating. Ernie's makes adjustment and returns vehicle with pulsing brakes but operational. A 3rd party.
