I have been here a handful of times and my car is always so happy after they're done with whatever is wrong with my car. I feel like prices are very fair here. Staff is very friendly and trustworthy. I won't bring my 07 anywhere else after finding Chris and his mechanics!!
I’ve taken my car here twice, and both times the service was exceptional. Every person greets you over the phone or in person is always pleasant to speak with. The timely manner my car was ready both times was beyond belief! I’m so used to having to leave my car for days. Pricing is also fantastic. They don’t nickel and dime you and always seem to have the best prices. I’m always expecting to pay more than they end up charging. Thank you Ernie’s for being honest, reputable, dependable, and always kind.
i've had my car serviced here three times, and what i like about this place most of all is their HONESTY. there is no jerking you around or trying to make extra money by saying "well, looks like you need such-and-such replaced"--when you don't REALLY need "such-and-such" replaced at all. fair prices and honest estimate--that's exactly what you need in an auto repair shop! ....i'll definitely be back at Chris and crew the next time i need repairs!
