I have been to Ernie's for all my part needs for the last several years. I recently was there for some trim screws. Bill assisted me and found what a needed. My experience at Ernie's has always been positive and if they don't have it they give me places that might. Great staff that are knowledgeable and polite.
I'm so greatful for Ernie's. They we're friendly and have great service and all the parts I needed. Will be return if I need any other parts!
These guys are awesome I hit a pothole I needed two rims called them on a Friday. They had them at the store on Monday.
delivery drivers have 0 common sense…. who parks all the way by the mechanics bays, walks to the other side of the building (20,000 sqft) into sales office and demands a check even though no one confirmed the part was right or good. Then gets upset because it was wrong, and has to walk back to his vehicle….. Easily avoided if you talked to the mechanics first, like you should be doing…
