Excellent, honest, nice I have had Ernie fix several things over the years, and I can highly recommend him. He will tell you the truth as to whether things are worth fixing. I'd recommend him to anyone. In fact, usually I would buy a new washer, but I am going to get a used one to get some features no longer available. I figure Ernie can fix it if it needs it, and I don't need it to save water, just get the farm clothes clean.
