I just called and spoke with the receptionist.My in-laws and I have been patients of Dr. Riffer for a long time, and I’ve never had any issues speaking with a receptionist—until now. For the first time ever, I encountered a receptionist who was extremely rude. At the end of the call, I clearly heard her say, “Oh my gosh, ugh,” as if she was tired of speaking with me or annoyed that I was calling.
