⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience working with Ernie Portuondo and his team on the purchase of my new home in Islamorada. Ernie was extremely attentive throughout the entire process and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. Working with Ernie has been the absolute best home buying and customer service experience my family has ever had. He was (and continues to be) professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, and personable at every stage of the process. Ernie went above and beyond to make sure the transaction went as smoothe as possible, even going as far as taking on the tall task of keeping our two and three year olds entertained so we could focus on making a dream a reality.
“Working with Ernie was a fantastic experience! His professionalism and attention to detail ensured that every aspect of the transaction went smoothly. Ernie went above and beyond to look after not only his clients but also everyone involved in the process. It was a pleasure to collaborate with him, and I’m looking forward to future deals together!”
By now, everyone has experienced how intense the housing market is in Miami. Because of Ernie portuondo, my fiancé and I were able to purchase our dream home thanks to the amount of attention, professionalism, knowledge and hustle he provided. As a young couple, it’s important to have someone on your side that you can trust, and Ernie delivered just that. He is through and through an authentic businessman that you can always count on to have your best interest. I couldn’t recommend him enough. It’s a no brainer!
