Vanagon Owners Avoid!
Damaged my Vanagon! :After he stripped out the oil drainage hole in my aluminum engine block, this $75 oil change turned into a $200 repair at a reputable shop. My mistake for taking it to Earnest's in the first place. I know better! His response to my request to refund my $75 dollars was "I'm bankrupt".
If you're looking for back to basic VW repair Jay's your man. I broke down on the way to Phoenix and found Jay's info on the internet. He understood my concerns that his shop was "out in the middle of no where" and that I unsure due to a previous review on google. I couldn't be happier. He came and towed me to his shop. His office manager gave me a ride back into Tucson while he worked on my baby no charge and even offered to come bring me back later.
