Dr Rodriguez and his entire staff from front desk back to every single person on his medical care teams are phenomenal!! Excellent patient care and are always accommodating!
Inconsiderate. Uncaring. I was scheduled to received a Prolia injection. Upon arriving at this office I was told I would not be seen because staff had not obtained insurance authorization. I had driven over two hours because I thought this was a quality office. If authorization was not received, I should have been notified beforehand and the appointment rescheduled.
