On 4/23/2020 at approximately 2:14 pm I contacted the customer representative at State Farm. I asked the young lady over the phone what does state farm have to offer in regards to the COVID-19 situation. Her tone got big, and she stated: " I SUGGEST YOU PAY YOUR BILL." She was the rudest person I talked to in over a month. The professionalism at the state farm needs to get audited by corporate, and she needs to go to some form of classes for a customer representative.
