I was seen in a very reasonable amount of time . The staff were efficient and polite. Dr. Segal was very thorough and he was great at explaining the diagnosis and care needed. I was pleased with all aspects of care given.
I arrive for my appointment at 9:45 and was not taken in anywhere until 1030. We then were shuffled around and finally left after seeing Dr. Siegel at noon. I strongly feel that this is unreasonable. If You are going to overbook the offices and things need to move faster. The pace amongst the Support staff is leisurely at Best.
I came to Dr. Segal for a second opinion about a potential retina issue and for my Posterior vitreous detachment. He was extremely thorough and took his time and evaluating my condition. He eased my concerns and I am very pleased with his diagnosis and his treatment of me as a patient. I would definitely recommend him. I also would like to commend his excellent staff who were very generous with their time and were highly professional. I appreciate you!
