The employees are great! This last visit, I arrived at 1:45. I thought my appt was at 2:15. I was wrong , it was at 2:30. that was on me. I then waited for over an hour after my scheduled appt. before I was called on to go back to get a blood draw. After that I was placed in a room to see the PA. It was 4:56 when I walked out the door to go home. Totally unacceptable. This is the second time this has happened.
