First visit in his office he seemed very serious, not so friendly, his assistant as well. I felt like I was bothering them by being there . Hospital care was wonderful after thyroid surgery, he seemed very caring and was pleasant. Second visit to the office he was friendly his assistant/ nurse not so much. Third visit horrible, he seemed bothered again like I was taking up his time and his assistant / nurse seems as if she hates her job. The only pleasant person there is the receptionist . bedside manner; just wonderful... easy to talk to, explains and answers all questions; i recommend highly
Dr. Mendoza seemed uninterested in my family history and rushed me through the appointment. I didn't get the sense he is terribly attentive and I won't return to his office again. It seems like a patient mill more than patient care.
