Just wanted to inform other potential patients that office is closed since last July as per phone recording. Original note: Never got to make an appointment . I was always taught that if you cannot say anything nice, then do not say it at all. All patients have bad days and must remember that the Dr. has spent years of their life to contribute their knowledge in helping people that are in need. I have had ill feelings during my life about a doctor or two, but that was only out of frustration. Dr Sussmans good reveiws come from the heart. The office staff was very nice and Informed. Dr. Sussman was professional and Concerned most Doctors spend 10 minutes with a patient . Follow up was good and getting an appointment was also good for this area with very few Doctors available.
Dr Sussman met or exceeded my expectations of a specialist. He is knowledgeable, thorough & professional. He posesses an oldfashioned bedside manner. I would recommend him without hesitation despite the negative reviews found here. Having worked in both medical & dental offices most of my life I recognize the whiners. M Cuddihy 3-20-19
