This new company Ernest Packaging that has taken over SLO paper is hands down a total nightmare. They dumped signal buying of products to case only (no exemptions none) when San Luis Paper never once did so. The billing of Ernest Packaging is inadequate and they do not have an appropriate billing department which messes their billing with customers and usually inconsistent where everything is all handled down in LA not locally.
