We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Ernest Mitchell Contractors on our dream pool project. From the very first consultation, Ernest and his team demonstrated professionalism, transparency, and a deep understanding of pool design and construction. They listened carefully to our vision, offered thoughtful suggestions, and delivered a final product that exceeded our expectations.
We had a new pump, filter, booster pump and chlorinator installed. The booster pump went out and was replaced by Mr Mitchell. Within a week we were having more problems and he not only refused to come fix the problem he hung up on us! The problem he fixed was covered under warranty!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
