I am in the medical field and normally do not write reviews. I often do not take much stock in them because it’s half the story. I felt compelled to write something after reading the bad reviews. My 16 yr old daughter had been suffering with hip dysplasia for about 3 yrs before finding Dr. Sink, we had been to 4 different docs before him. My daughter is a competitive dancer, dance is her life. She had her PAO in July and she just had her 6mo ck up and was in tears bc she feels so much better post PAO. As far as going to a su... read more

I waited months for my appt. with Dr. Sink. I came to him having already been diagnosed with hip dysplasia, had a successful diagnostic injection into my hip, ruled out lumbar spine involvement, and tried physical therapy diligently for many months with minimal success. I traveled 4 hrs each way and waited 90 min. past my appt. time. Dr. Sink seemed annoyed he had to meet with me. He didn't touch me or watch me walk. He admitted I had hip dysplasia, but said since I was 40 and didn't have groin pain, that he didn't 'know wha... read more

Dr Sink and his staff are only interested in treating patients that require surgery. After two years of being treated by him I was not even given a return call to make an appointment.

Doctor Sink was arrogant, gave me conflicting instructions and yelled at me when I pointed this out. He couldn’t remember what he had told me from one visit to the next. He is forgetful beyond belief for a professional.

Dr Sink did not take my entire medical history into account and said that he was god. He seemed very focused on wanting to do as many surgeries as possible. As I was leaving he said he would not remember to send me my test results since he would forget about me "as soon as I left". It has now been determined with my new team of doctors that if I had done as many surgeries as he had suggested I would have been much worse off today.

I would recommend Dr. Sink to anyone and everyone who is facing orthopedic surgery. After ten years of waiting for a doctor to listen to and believe me, Dr. Sink was the first one who did. As a dancer, it was of the utmost importance that the horrible chronic pain that I was in come to an end. After my first visit with Dr. Sink, he had a clear diagnosis that I was happy with because it wasn't just brushing my pain off as tendonitis and made a plan to heal me. He truly gave me my life back.
