Dr. Inacay has been my Pulmonologist for years now. He's very professional, thorough, and patient. He's a bit quirky as most doctors are, but a stand up gentleman. I came to him after being to several doctors unable to find a cause for persistent troubles breathing and he did far more than a half dozen other doctors combined. He's a long drive for me, but worth it.
Avoid this dr. Very rude and indifferent. Old school methods and doesn’t listen to patient input. He couldn’t tell me what my problem was and I had to self diagnose
