This has been a truly transformative experience! Life-changing! Sessions with Ernest seem much less like therapy and more like hanging out with a friend. Except this friend can really help you. `You will not be judged-which was initially a concern of mine going in. Well I’m so glad I did. Additionally, do yourself a favor. READ HIS BOOK! It is a step-by-step guide for people with anxiety, trauma, etc. It shows you (in simple terms) how to move from a life of surviving to a life that is fulfilling and thriving.
