RUDE AND ARROGANT. THE CONTRACTOR HAS NO EMPATHY FOR ANYONE BUT HIMSELF. ITS ALL ABOUT HIS MONEY. HE IS WORKING NEXT DOOR TO A MEDICAL OFFICE AND HAS NO CONSIDERATION FOR THE STRESS HE CAUSES THE PATIENTS. SHAME ON HIM!
