Dr Chung is a good listener and provides detail getting to the point I appreciate his bedside manner. Now the only issue is the wait you will wait a good 1.5 hours waiting for to see him because he spends a lot of time with each patient so get there early
This Doctor is super rude and humiliates you when speaking to you. Besides making you wait over and hour for an appointment. There is a way to speak to people you can be direct without making you feel embarrassed.
This doctor was extremely rude to my mother. He gets very upset and dismissive when a patient is having a pain or problem. If someone is going to the doctors for an issue, the problem needs to be addressed. After all the insurance is paying you, you're not doing this for free. I see the office responds back to patients who have had bad reviews or experiences, But what are they doing to make the problem right? Don’t recommend at all and get some manners.
