UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRESPONSIVE AND DAVE SEEMED TO FORGET OUR CONVERSATIONS AND THE PROMISES HE MADE TO US TO GAIN OUR TRUST WITH OUR BASEMENT PROJECT. HE WAS ONLY CONCERNED WITH WHEN WE WOULD BE MAKING OUR NEXT PAYMENT WHILE FAILING TO ADDRESS OUR QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS ABOUT OUR HOME IMPROVEMENT PROJECT THAT WE TRUSED DAVE AND ERNA PROPERTIES WITH. We hired ERNA Properties to finish our basement. As a couple who was experiencing their first ever major home project and with no referrals with which to turn, we were predictably anxious about who we could trust with this work.
