UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRESPONSIVE AND DAVE SEEMED TO FORGET OUR CONVERSATIONS AND THE PROMISES HE MADE TO US TO GAIN OUR TRUST WITH OUR BASEMENT PROJECT. HE WAS ONLY CONCERNED WITH WHEN WE WOULD BE MAKING OUR NEXT PAYMENT WHILE FAILING TO ADDRESS OUR QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS ABOUT OUR HOME IMPROVEMENT PROJECT THAT WE TRUSED DAVE AND ERNA PROPERTIES WITH. THEY TOOK 3 MONTHS TO FIGURE OUT THAT THEY ARE NOT A FIRE PLACE EXPERT - I HAD TO TELL THEM TO BRING A FIRPLACE EXPERT IN OTHERWISE THE PROJECT WOULD NEVER START OR FINIHS. DAVE IS ... read more

We hired ERNA Properties to finish our basement. As a couple who was experiencing their first ever major home project and with no referrals with which to turn, we were predictably anxious about who we could trust with this work. We researched ERNA and though we may have thought that our project might actually be too small or minor for them, we met with Dave, the owner, on the same day that we made first contact with them, which we thought was unique. We hired ERNA Properties for a basement remodel project. We got quotes from a few contractors for the project and decided to award the project to ERNA even though their prices were higher than the other contractors. The reason was that the owner Dave seemed to be a honest, competent, and caring person. We actually needed to stretch our budget to go with ERNA on this project.
