Again they did it here. Had a woman filling out an application in the foyer while four people stood outside in the rain waiting to get in. You'd think with bad reviews, they would try to change things, not just their name. WOW!!!! Again... I understand there was a rain emergency, flooding etc., but why would thrive/panacea take my online order and email me saying it's ready for pickup when they're not even open. Mindlessly nonsensical ordering process. Place an online order or don’t go, not accommodating of the walk in customers, won’t be coming back.
