They charge consultation fees for every new visit it seems, I could hear my dog crying when they drew blood, she has never cried before during any procedure considering she use to be the dog used for first aid training she is use to these types of procedures. The roughness was unnecessary, after spending thousands of dollars there in a few visits, I will not be back again with either of my animals.
I cannot express enough how incredible this clinic is. I’ve been coming here for a few years (I have taken my two cats to both Dr. Barton, and Dr. Murphy) and both are just phenomenal. They’ve accommodated me in more emergent situations (as well as my family dog), they are always very understanding and ensure you and fully reassured of your pets health.
