I can’t say enough good things about Ermilla! The care which she took for my hair was unbelievable. It truly felt like every strand was cared for. My curls came out so beautifully and she taught me so much about hair care along the way. As she cut/styled my hair it was evident how much she cared about making it look beautiful. 100000/10 would recommend
Friendly lady but I expected a professional experience, instead I was left with a mop of dry 4C natural curls that looked untreated and resulted in frizzy hair. She only used shampoo, conditioner and dime-sized amount of oil. That did absolutely nothing for my hair. She used very sparingly even though I paid for proper hair treatment. I’m serious when I say this is the best place for you to do your hair. Emilia is a professional when it comes to hair, she explains every detail to you on the spot so you won’t have any confusion after. She is so sweet and caring, she cares about every customer she serves. You would have to book 4 weeks in advance but I guarantee it will be worth it if you can wait
5-star for being the most welcoming sweetheart but 1 star for her skills with black woman hair. She had no idea what to do with 4b hair texture. I walked out looking bad.
