Thank you Dr.Wagner and team for seeing me during my broken leg ordeal. Everyone here was so nice to me. And Dr.Wagner went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed to get my procedures done. Thank you again. The whole process with this office was extremely simple and quick.

1. Billing is incompetent or just don't care. Insurance paid them and they didn't apply to account. Sent them proof and called/emailed repeatedly but they will not respond. Extremely unprofessional. They still send bills though. 2. They give you no indication you will wait for up to an hour to see Dr. Wagner. The last time I left. No apologies or communication. Go elsewhere.
