Disappointed as a new patient, I scheduled an appointment on the phone and showed up and they said they didn't have me in the system. I rescheduled and was waiting for a confirmation or email but got nothing. I'm going to look for a different and more professional office.
Don't even bother trying to set up an appointment with this doctor as a new patient. I have no opinion about his skills because I was not able to get in to see him. I chose him because he's in my insurance network. First off, when I called and left messages on their voicemail, they never called me back. I left at least four different messages that I needed to schedule an evaluation ASAP and never got a call back.
