Zero care or concern was the energy of Dr. Smith. It took 3 months to be seen by this doctor and once we were seen she gave off a vibe like we (referring Doctors) were wasting her time. And to add insult to injury she based all her knowledge on labs that were two years old. I gave her 2 stars because her medical student who spent the most time with us and the nurse were super sweet.
At a time when parents are at the lowest point that you can imagine Dr. Smith and the staff of this medical facility go above and beyond for the families. We were greeted with a warm welcome and had a pleasant experience from start to finish. My mind was overloaded with doubt but Dr. Smith and staff reassured us and let us know that they will do whatever it takes to make sure that our child gets the best of care!
