I feel I have been set back to square one in regards to my mental health treatment and management at this clinic. I have never felt so misunderstood within a clinical space. In my experience the doctors do not understand my mental health complaints and simply hand me a worksheet to fill out to gauge where I am regardless of past history in and outside of the clinical setting. This clinic does not like prescribing medications. They also don't give a damn if you have more than 1 illness, it's strictly 1 problem per visit no exceptions. They'll send you off to get a bunch of crazy tests done for a very straight forward diagnosis. I'll never come back here. Good riddance.
In and out in less than half an hour on a Saturday at noon. Almost shocking how efficient and easy it was.
Looking for a new female family physician and I booked an appointment to meet a doctor at this clinic. Immediately it was very evident this doctor wanted nothing to do with meeting me or wanting a new patient. Upon entering the room there was no greeting, no hello, no introduction.
