It’s been a while since I’ve come here, as I’ve been going to another salon that I love. They were closed today, and I needed a quick service, so I decided to come here. My hair was already washed — I just needed it straightened. When I walked in, I asked what the price would be. One of the ladies said $25. I repeated, “$25?” and she confirmed. I was natural with thick curly hair, my hair has since fallen out since ive gotten it blown out. I believe they have some type of perm or chemical in their shampoo. My hair comes out in literal clumps. I don’t think they are African American friendly. I also have soft hair so I would have NEVER asked for chemicals in my hair.. I’m devastated at the outcome. The health department or whoever needs to come take a look and test some of their products. I just want my curls and my hair back!!!

The one star reviews are true. I too went to this establishment for a blowout on my natural hair and it has not been the same 4 months later! It's more than heat damage, it was most definitely a chemical straightener added to the shampoo and/or conditioner which I didn't ask for. To the business owner or manager, please have your stylists to stop doing this! It is unethical and poor business practices.

I have been natural for 8 years, I went to Erlina’s for my first blow out everrrrr. I was super excited. My hair was flowing and bouncy after the service. Then I went to wash my hair and my hair did not revert back to my natural coils, it was still bone straight. No curls at all. I was devastated. Not only was my hair straight but the breakage from whatever chemical they added ruined my hair. I had to cut most of it off. This is criminal.
