I have been natural for 8 years, I went to Erlina’s for my first blow out everrrrr. I was super excited. My hair was flowing and bouncy after the service. Then I went to wash my hair and my hair did not revert back to my natural coils, it was still bone straight. No curls at all. I was devastated. Not only was my hair straight but the breakage from whatever chemical they added ruined my hair. I had to cut most of it off. This is criminal. ASK for Elizabeth, she is the best hands-down. I’ve never had any issue with my hair after getting it blown out or flat iron or even curled. Elizabeth is the best. My hair has been so healthy since I’ve been requesting her, she always cuts my end. Pricing is reasonable. I will literally wait for her if she is not available.
*updated from a few yrs ago, adding my experience to my 1 star* definitely would not recommend going if you’re natural. I worked so hard maintaining my curls after a big chop just for them to ruin it..my hair turned to literal thin strings g💔. they def put relaxers in their products!
Great experience today and I recommend this salon. Fast service and friendly environment. First time today and this will be the only Dominican shop I go to from now on. I’ve been to several locations and this is beyond the BEST. Highly recommend. Nice Blowouts and affordable
