They are not very helpful, my husband hurt his shoulder. He called on a Monday, and was thankful they work him on to their schedule. But it all went downhill him from there 😳🙄. They sent him home with two prescriptions, neither worked. So on Wednesday he was in extreme pain, so he drop by the office in the early morning and was unable to talk his nurse practitioner. She promised to call him back , so around 3pm He called them back, and was told she sent in another prescription and he was scheduled for and X-ray at 3:30. 🙄... read more

I saw a doctor there and she Didn’t seem to have much interest in me she was ready to get out of the room (didn’t even ask me about any of my medication’s) to get onto her next 15 minute appointment. I know Erlanger is on a 15 to 30 minute appointment time. The 15 minute appointment time for a patient is ridiculous. Your patience should be cared for more than that!!!!! The staff though was amazing! From the receptionist back to the nurses.

I was hesitant to schedule an appointment at this primary care facility due to some of the bad reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received from the receptionists, the prompt service, and the informative, thoughtful care I received from Meredith (NP). She listened to my concerns, asked the right questions, and provided the best advice for a path forward. Labs were done during my appointment, and the results were delivered the next day. Excellent care by Dr Greer. She takes the time to hear what is going on and is very thorough. I have rarely seen better care.
