We absolutely love Dr. Clark in Endocrinology, but her receptionist in the North Cleveland office, Jane, is VERY rude! I was shocked at how I was treated when I called in to inquire about a procedure for my child. I called and gave her my name and my childs name and the date my child was seen, to only be cut off mid sentence before I could even say what I was calling for, told me she had to transfer my call, put me on hold and then hung up on me.
