Kay hayes is very rude and unprofessional she gave me looks when I told her my symptoms about my stomach. And she switched me to Dr. Lohf because she couldn't come in office much anymore. and put a note not to refill my medication that I was on for like 2 years that your not supposed to cold turkey someone off of. It can cause seizures. That could've killed me thank god I rushed and called everywhere to get help with that elsewhere or something bad really could've happened. Dr. Kay Hayes has been my Doctor for years.When she walks into the room, I know I have her full attention.Sometime people listen to you, but they do not hear you. Kay will let me tell her my issues, she will do everything within her power to find solutions. She has so much compassion for her patients.
