I've been going to Erlanger Primary Care, (Andrews Internal Medicine) since i was a kid. The transition of Medical Dctors, P.A's, NP's, Phlebotomist's, office workers, CNA's, and Medical Transcriptionist's Receptionist's: These people have come and gone since the late 80's and the 90's & have been doing an amazing job for people of Western N.C. My only issue is that they NEVER answer the phone and I usually have to call multiple times before I get a call back..don't understand why no one ever answers the phone..a little frustrating
Dr. Joseph Mariano and his staff are amazing. I just moved here and he is my primary doctor. He listened thoroughly and they also scheduled other appointments with other doctors for me. I am so thankful to have found him and his staff..
The only reason they get 1 star is because Dr. Ramano is great. I changed insurance and take medicine that needs preauthorization. I can take no other kind because of high cancer risk. 2 months has gone by and I have been getting samples or doing without. The office knows about it. I handed appeal papers to them personally at last appointment. I have been on phone with my insurance. Today I find out papers and info have never been sent from office.
