I have been to several physical therapies for different reasons and I see a HUGE difference between some of them. It is not just how much knowledge you have of the human body and what modalities to utilize to help someone recover or get better. It is the ATTITUDE and caring that certain individuals portray and I want to highlight two of these. The staff is friendly and helpful. They listen to you and always do their best to help you recover .
The woman on the phone today around 9am was very rude. Didn’t even bother finishing her sentences before putting me on hold and hanging up. I’m looking elsewhere for treatment where people have the patience to do their jobs.
I am so very blessed to have such a wonderful place, so close to home to do my PT. Nancy and Abby are the two that have worked with me. They both are awesome. They are so nice that they are making my PT very effective , yet really surprisingly enjoyable. When I started, I was going through a lot of other things as well.
